整張專輯以「進步，就是回到原點」這樣的概念所製作，真正的進步需要先回歸到原點，並重新檢視從古至今的自己，在人生當中那些已經無法挽回的過去或是狀況，坦承並全盤接受，才是踏出進步的第一步，這張專輯就是給大家這樣的感覺。這是我長大至今的經驗談，也是我所感受到所為「人生的喜怒哀樂」，都忠實完整的呈現在這張專輯『LIFE』當中。
